Aptiv's Tax Leadership Development Program is a rotational program aimed at developing tax leaders of the future. Participants will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months, and gain experience in various areas of tax.
Requirements
- Graduates or final year students majoring in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law
- Practical experience in a broadly relevant field is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passion for and interest in Tax
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and geographic mobility
- Leadership capability (campus or other organization leadership experience ideal)
