Lead Systems Engineer

Lead Systems Engineer responsible for gathering and reviewing stakeholder requirements, converting customer requirements into product requirements and design specifications, and leading technical design analysis, trade-off studies, FMEAs, and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Three years of experience as an engineer in the automotive industry
• Experience with testing/analyzing feasibility and performance of systems
• Experience with process reviews, analyzing product designs to ensure requirements are met
• Experience with mechanical analysis and design verification activities, developing design standards, ensuring EMC compliance and hardware design integrity
• Experience with e1ns-Plato and Polarion
