Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance processes, technical troubleshooting, and team management to ensure equipment reliability and performance. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance activities to meet established operational objectives.

Ensure compliance with preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance plans. Supervise maintenance activities to meet operational targets. Troubleshoot and maintain PLC Allen Bradley systems. Lead and manage maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Experience with vision systems: Cognex and Keyence.
• Experience managing robots: Staubli, Epson, Fanuc.
• Knowledge of PLC Allen Bradley.
• Basic mechanical and pneumatic knowledge.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and drawings.
• People management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor.
• Advanced English.
