Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Coordinator, the maintenance activities of equipment, buildings, and facilities are coordinated, ensuring the correct execution of maintenance programs, cost control, updates to the MAINTOOL system, data analysis for failure prevention and cost reduction, compliance with safety standards, and collaboration with production and engineering for equipment installation and improvement.

What You Will Do

Monitor maintenance metrics and ensure compliance with production, safety, and quality standards by achieving goals. Follow up on established procedures and apply best maintenance practices. Coordinate maintenance activities with supervisors according to the established plan.

Requirements

• Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineer
• +5 years of experience in Maintenance Supervisor positions
• Advanced English
• PLC training
• Knowledge of LCR, Hipot, and Cirris
• Knowledge of: crimping, stamping, and welding
• Global Procedure and Management of the Planned Maintenance Manual (PMM)
• Lockout/Tagout
• Electrical and control circuits
• Refrigeration, compressed air, and power generators
• Laser operation
• Working at heights
• Microsoft Office
