Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working, personable, and sales-oriented team player to join our Aptive team as a Termite Sales Inspector. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of successful termite sales experience and a valid US driver's license.
Requirements
- Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions
- Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Work to achieve monthly or quarterly sales KPI’s, metrics and goals
- Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally
- Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property
- Articulate expectations for curative treatments
- Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customers
- Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed
- Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation
