Job Description
This position assists customers by identifying needed items, using parts catalogs and computer system, billing merchandise orders, and making entries to the inventory control system. The Sales Counter Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, answering customer calls, and learning products to direct customers to the products they need.
