Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager must have 5+ years of experience in the door, frame, and hardware industry, with moderate computer skills and experience with Comsense software.
Requirements
- Inputting take-offs into the computer
- Analyzing project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Developing and maintaining resource information on products, vendors, and government requirements
- Preparing RFI's and shop drawings
- Driving personal vehicle to job sites for field measuring and customer contact
- Scanning and filing documents and plans in computer systems
