Job Description
APX Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, while embodying the company's vision, mission, values, and culture of safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or business-related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in commercial construction
- Certified in OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, practices, and tools
- Proficiency in project management software, including ProCore and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
