Operations - Portfolio Implementation Support Analyst

AQR Capital Management is seeking a talented Operations - Portfolio Implementation Support Analyst to support the portfolio management team. This role involves monitoring portfolio workflows, assisting with onboarding new accounts, enhancing portfolio analytics, and collaborating with various teams to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of portfolio management. The analyst will have close interaction with AQR's portfolio management, operations and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from top academic institution in finance, economics, quantitative or scientific discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio support, or data-intensive financial roles
• Familiarity with investment concepts, including portfolio theory
• Strong technical skills in Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
