AQ Technology Partners is seeking an Investment Banking Director to join our team in Redwood City, CA. The Director will lead sector coverage, source initiatives, and execute transactions for high growth and mature software companies. The role involves partnering with senior partners, building client relationships, and managing deal execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years M&A experience and/or multiple years of relevant experience in Investment Banking
• MBA or undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics), Technical Sciences (Engineering, Physics) or Liberal Arts from a top tier school(s)
• FINRA Series 63 and 79 registration
