Aquatic Manager

The Aquatic Manager role leads swim instruction quality, instructor development, and daily aquatics operations to ensure every child receives safe, consistent, and effective swim lessons.

Requirements

• Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
