Job Description
Supervisor, Distribution Maintenance at Aquarion Water Company. Reports directly to the Director, Utility Operations. Supervises and directs the activities of staff, schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in maintenance and supports the Supervisor, Distribution Operations.
Requirements
- Supervises and directs the activities of staff
- Schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in maintenance and supports the Supervisor, Distribution Operations
- Maintains required maintenance program in accordance with regulatory agency requirements
- Develops and maintains all Flushing Plans for assigned areas and maintains field records
- Expedites work-flow, diagnoses and remedies day-to-day problems
- Participates in the development of department goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures
