Job Description
AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc. is hiring Summer Lifeguards/Pool Managers for the 2018 season. The role involves ensuring the safety of patrons at an assigned aquatic facility, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment. Experienced lifeguards may be considered for a Pool Manager position with additional responsibilities and higher pay.
Requirements
- Lifeguards must be a minimum of 16 years of age by May 26, 2018
- Must be able to work Memorial Day weekend, the 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend (May 26th through September 3rd)
- Must be able to work all weekends throughout the Summer
- Must conduct themselves in a professional manner and be attentive and focused
- Must have current American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or obtain them before the beginning of the season
