The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of members and guests of our community partners by monitoring water activities, preventing accidents, and responding quickly and effectively in case of an emergency.
Requirements
- Certifications: 15 years of age or older and willing to obtain or possess current Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or Ellis and Associates)
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to swim, perform rescues, and lift individuals as needed.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to stay alert and focused while on duty.
- Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and capable of handling customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, maintaining coordination during busy periods or emergencies.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
