Job Description
Aquatic Management Group is seeking a Pool Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of pools at community partner locations. The Pool Manager will supervise lifeguard staff, manage pool maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pool operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Current First Aid certification
- PHTA Certified Pool Operator Certification
- Local CPO certification, if mandated by the local health department
