Job Description
Aquia Inc. seeks a results-driven Director of Business Development with proven expertise in the Public Sector, focusing on the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) ecosystem. This role identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, builds and leverages relationships with key HHS and industry stakeholders, and drives top-of-funnel growth.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience successfully leading and executing strategic business development and capture management activities in support of public sector contracts
- Demonstrated success identifying, securing, and expanding opportunities within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and/or Federal Health IT market
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition strategies, including IDIQ vehicles and task order management
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable growth strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
