Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to accelerate your career growth and apply your expertise to solve problems of national importance. You will be part of a team developing Digital Engineering simulation tools and technologies for the Department of Defense, with opportunities for career advancement and continued learning.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, computer science, operations research, applied mathematics, or a closely related field
- 12+ years of relevant work experience with a BS or 10+ years of relevant work experience with a MS
- Demonstrated experience with at least one modern software development ecosystem (e.g., Python, C++, or Java)
- Familiarity with one of the following: Systems Modeling Language (SysML), Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM), or the Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
