IT Contract Management Responsible

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Contract Manager to lead, manage and coordinate the commercial and contractual aspects of our IT services and solutions purchased, through all phases of negotiation, procurement and implementation.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include: collaborating with commercial and legal services, establishing and implementing contract implementation, managing commercial and contractual aspects of ongoing projects, working with the IT team and procurement team, and supporting the IT team in managing project costs and cash flows.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in the industry sector, including at least 2 years in one of the following activities: IT, contract management, project management or legal matters for important/complex projects.

Requirements

• Engineering, economics or law degree
• 5 years of experience in the industry sector
• Good commercial knowledge covering several disciplines
• Excellent experience and skills in conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Good knowledge of project contracts and contract law
• Excellent knowledge of IT project and programme management
• Good knowledge of claim management
• Solid understanding of relevant technical, financial and planning principles
• Solid understanding of project risk management
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership, influence and people management skills
• Excellent communication and analysis skills
• Perspicacity, ability to collaborate with other commercial team members
• Ability to establish relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in the use of MS-Windows and Office applications
• Mastery of written and spoken English and practical knowledge of at least one other language
