
Job description
The Lead Engineer - Mechanical Component will be responsible for the mechanical design of various components of the ARABELLE Nuclear Steam Turbine, including the integration of moving blades and standard diaphragms. The role involves coordinating studies within the department to ensure continuous improvement of the product.
Perform mechanical calculation and design of steam path components, validate 3D models and drawings, coordinate technical studies, provide technical guidance, and ensure design standards and manufacturing documentation are up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree with a strong mechanical background, experience in a mechanical design office, and solid knowledge of mechanical design, calculations, and manufacturing processes.
