Assistant Driller (Talent Pool) Job

The Assistant Driller plays a vital role in supporting the Driller and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of drilling rigs. You will assist with operating and maintaining drilling equipment, including draw works, mud pumps, and rotating equipment.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Basic understanding of drilling operations and equipment
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks in a physically demanding environment
• Experience working effectively as part of a team
• Must have prior experience on rigs as Assistant Driller / Derrickman
• High School Diploma
• Technical Degree in Drilling Technology
• Valid Well Control Certification
• Drilling rig Operator training program
