Rig Manager (Talent Pool) Job

The Rig Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of an assigned onshore or offshore drilling rig. This position requires strong leadership and administrative skills, as well as a proven track record of leading and motivating drilling crews.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in drilling operations including 5 years as rig manager on drilling rigs onshore and/or offshore
• Proven track record of leading and motivating drilling crews
• Experience in managing drilling operations from spud-to-release
• Demonstrated ability to optimize drilling performance and minimize downtime
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and commitment to safety best practices
