The Payroll & Personnel Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance regulations, and handling all personnel-related operations including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws (Egypt, UAE, KSA is a plus)
- Experience in social insurance and medical insurance administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
