The role involves developing comprehensive performance marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
