Job Description
Arajet is looking for a Maintenance Operations Control Leader to lead and oversee daily maintenance operations of the fleet, ensuring airworthiness, reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity of the airline.
Requirements
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and the technical status of the fleet.
- Coordinate the recovery of aircraft in AOG situations.
- Monitor deferred defects, PIREPs, MAREPs, and repetitive failures.
- Provide technical support to base stations and outstations.
- Coordinate with IOCC, MROs, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Optimize aircraft technical availability.
- Participate in audits, special projects, and process improvements.
- Ensure regulatory and operational safety compliance.
