Job Description
Manage full recruitment lifecycle, partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
