The Concession Worker position is responsible for replenishing stock, preparing and serving food, serving guests and maintaining cleaning standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Greet guests and take orders for food and beverage products
- Prepare simple foods and beverages using company recipes and portion standards
- Accept payment from guests and make change as necessary
- Maintain the work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards
- Assist in cleaning up and breaking down of the concession/kitchen areas at the end of the event
- Perform tasks and cook in a commercial kitchen setting, using hot and cold kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens
- Stock or re-stock products and items, in a timely and safe manner using product rotation to ensure quality for gust experience
- Deliver assigned food items to specified stands/areas in a timely and safe manner
- Crosstrain at other stations at the location
- Work in other areas or departments as needed
- Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team
