Role Overview

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations, ensuring customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency, while driving sales and controlling costs.

What You Will Do

Controls labor costs, retains production costs, audits service and quality, adheres to standards, develops customer satisfaction strategies, supervises teamwork and service, and supports training programs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience, current certifications as needed, and be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and/or extended walking and standing.
