The HR Manager will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff/Centers of Excellence (COE) and manage several imperative HR processes.
Requirements
- HR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required
- Ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis
