Job Description

The HR Business Partner will manage and oversee all Human Resource functions for the site, maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- SHRM/HRCI certification
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years of leadership/manager role experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP SuccessFactors and ADP experience
- Ability to resolve complex problems and excellent communication skills
