Jefe/a Calderería - Cel Arauco L3

We are looking for a Head of Calderería to lead the calderería area and ensure the planning, execution, and improvement of all calderería and welding works. The Head will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring safety, environmental care, quality, cost, and time standards, and leading the Calderería Supervisor and the operational team of welders/calderers.

Requirements

• Civil Engineer/Mechnical Execution, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineer degree
• +5 years of experience in technical positions
• +5 years of experience in supervision/joint management roles in calderería/soldadura
• Technical knowledge: industrial calderería, welding techniques, interpretation of plans, dimensional control, and applicable regulations
• Certifications: WPS/PQR management and understanding; ASME, AWS, and END knowledge
• Certifications in risk prevention, project management, rigging, and END (desirable)
• Tools: experience in SAP, advanced Excel, and plan/Isometric reading
