Requirements
- Experience as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer (BSME)
- Mechanical or Electrical Experience
- Industrial Maintenance experience with installation and repair of equipment
- Experience managing projects (Project Management)
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components
- Vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of nondestructive testing / inspection procedures
- Strong recordkeeping and documentation practices
- Computer skills using database programs, spreadsheets and word processing
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with people
- Willingness to learn through personal experience
- Attention to detail and belief in continuous improvement
