Job Description
ARB Interactive is seeking a Director of Data Privacy to develop, lead, and oversee the company's data privacy compliance operation and relevant teams. The Director of Data Privacy will ensure compliance with various countries and states' data privacy laws, educate and advise the management team, and lead data breach response efforts.
Requirements
- J.D. required
- Minimum of 8 years of data privacy compliance experience with prior background with gaming or online businesses preferred
- Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Passion for being part of a team and working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
