Job Description
We are ARB Interactive, a fast-growing startup behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead our Product Design team and drive the quality, consistency, and impact of all user experience and visual design across the Modo platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- At least 3 years leading or managing design teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first consumer product design
- Proven ability to manage design at scale across multiple product squads
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred) and experience building and maintaining design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
