We are looking for a sociotherapist (m/f/d) to join our sociotherapy and ambulant supported living team in Troisdorf and the Rhine-Siege district. The role involves advising and accompanying clients in their familiar environment, creating and implementing care plans, and coordinating with the help network.

Requirements

• Trained as a social worker, social educator, psychologist, psychiatric nurse, or comparable qualifications
• At least three years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
