Join Arbella as a Claims Service Specialist I and help customers through their toughest challenges. This role involves timely completion of case activities, customer service, and minimizing net loss payout. You will work with insureds, claimants, and witnesses to gather information and negotiate settlements.
Key responsibilities include contacting insureds and claimants, evaluating case facts, negotiating settlements, and maintaining claim files. You will also pursue subrogation and arrange for salvage to obtain maximum recovery.
We are looking for a candidate with a true commitment to customer service excellence, effective time management skills, and strong attention to detail. Some customer service work experience is preferred.
