Job Description
The Academy Leader is responsible for the strategic management, continuous improvement, and content excellence of the company's self-paced digital learning platform. The role ensures that the Academy delivers a high-impact, engaging, and scalable learning experience aligned with the evolving needs of our B2B clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital learning, instructional design, or platform/content management in EduTech or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, digital learning platforms, and content strategy
- Experience working with LMS or LXP platforms; familiarity with Totara is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and user behavior
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
