Job Description
We are hiring a Facade Quantity Surveyor for a position in the Metal Industry, in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of facade projects, including cost control, quantity verification, variation management, and supporting procurement and billing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in facade quantity surveying, preferably in the GCC
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Planswift)
- Solid understanding of facade systems: curtain walls, ACP, unitized systems, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to compare planned vs actual quantities
- Good knowledge of contractual terms, variation procedures, and cost management practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
