Job Description
One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Factory Manager for the aluminum façade and glazing production facility. The successful candidate will lead and oversee day-to-day operations, manage fabrication processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aluminum façade/glazing manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Deep knowledge of production processes for aluminum façade systems: curtain walls, composite panels, insulated/glazed units
- Strong planning and scheduling skills; proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CNC machining, fabrication equipment, QA/QC systems, and cost-control methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, time-management skills; fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous)
