Our client, a restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Head Chef with expertise in East Asian cuisine to lead the kitchen team and create authentic flavors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant specializing in East Asian cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of East Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.)
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse kitchen team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health standards, and sanitation practices
- Creativity and passion for delivering authentic, high-quality dishes with a modern twist
