Requirements
- Have a BA or college degree in related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Have 5 years maintenance experience or 3 years supervisory in a hotel environment
- Have advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commit to delivering a high level of customer service
