Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and common spaces to keep the hotel in compliance and ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors.
Requirements
- High school education or GED
- 1-2 Years of hotel maintenance experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Thrives in a flexible environment and has the ability to switch tasks quickly
- Basic maintenance certification/accreditation preferred
- Is a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
