Asset Manager, REO

The Asset Manager, REO will be responsible for the management of REO assets within Arbor's Agency loan portfolio, including creating and implementing business plans, engaging third-party property managers, and monitoring asset performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting (Master's degree preferred)
• 7+ years of Asset Management experience, with emphasis on REO Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and CMBS, particularly in multifamily properties
• Ability to manage REO pipeline and active REO, coordinate multiple parties, and present ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical experience and ability to model alternatives to demonstrate highest recovery on a NPV basis
