Job Description
Arby's is seeking a District Manager to oversee management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants. You will focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations, including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a District Manager
- Four years of restaurant management experience
- Preferably two years of experience as a District Manager within QSR and six years of restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with and impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
