Job Description
Make a Difference Today! We are looking for a Part-Time Afterschool Program Leader to work with kids, inspire young people to reach their full potential, and share a special talent or hobby. At Arc Experience, we bring learning to life through before and after-school programs that serve youth across Southern California.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in after-school programs or youth recreation, especially in ethnically and culturally diverse communities
- Good communication skills to talk to both kids and parents comfortably
- College transcripts showing 48+ college credit units completed or passing an academic proficiency exam
- TB test and negative proof
- Live Scan background check
- English-Spanish bilingual speaker (optional)
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation (if required by the school)
