Career Placement Specialist

Join Our Team and Make a Difference! The Career Placement Specialist is responsible for strategically generating employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. The specialist will develop and cultivate relationships with employers throughout Broward County to create job placement opportunities for job seekers, maintain a caseload of job seekers, and utilize technology to implement participants' Individualized Employment Plans. The specialist will also provide on-site support to participants throughout the job development and placement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Sales preferred
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in sales or a business development-related position, preferably in non-profit
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational skills and time management, and ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
