Requirements
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 3 years in an Executive Chef role in a hotel or banquet setting.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events and high-volume kitchens.
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills are essential in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in kitchen management systems, POS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HACCP and ServSafe certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
