Sub Trainer (Arc Works)

Arc Broward is seeking a Substitute Instructor to train and inspire clients in their Workforce Development program, helping them transition to work and economic self-sufficiency. The role involves creating calendars and lesson plans, facilitating classroom instruction, and coordinating guest presentations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred with a preference for credentials within Special Education, Vocational Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen
• Prior experience working with people with disabilities
• 1-3 years of related experience as an educator/trainer
