Job Description
Lead the culinary experience at MV Golf & Event Center in Little Falls, NY, and create exciting menus and exceptional food experiences for members and guests.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the kitchen team
- Plan and execute seasonal menus, weekly specials, and event menus
- Oversee food preparation for daily service, banquets, and catering events
- Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Manage food ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory
- Collaborate with the Events Coordinator on banquet and catering events
- Monitor kitchen equipment and support efficient kitchen operations
