Job Description
ARC’teryx is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for the Hong Kong Office to manage vendor partnerships, drive capacity planning, and optimize supply chain efficiencies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring cost-effective production and timely delivery of products. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of supply chain management and global sourcing.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in apparel sourcing, capacity planning or merchandising in a global company
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Good knowledge of raw materials, technical construction and product costing
- Fluency in English and MS Office proficiency
- Assertiveness and high-level self-initiative
