Director, Supply Chain Transformation

As the Director of Sustainability Transformation, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability governance processes and drive cross-functional projects to achieve long-term transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability roles
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Leadership experience in leading teams and organizations through transformations
• Commercial awareness and ability to link sustainability to business value
• Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong influential leadership and stakeholder relationship management
• Experience in the apparel or consumer goods industry with an understanding of the commercialization process
